Would enjoy reading the synopsis of your project proposal. It is interesting that five of us who have national networks met in D.C. two months ago and are connecting to design a collaboration based on a similar concept.

Am familiar with Cooperider and Apprciative Inquiry. Have been using such tecniques for fifteen years. In 1997 was invited to present at an Imagine Chicago conference where the conference was designed around appreciative inquiry...a great technique for emergent ideas. I have found AI mainly to be used in non-transformative dialogue and interactions related to society....whether personally transformative or not.
